Charles William List and Son and Charles William List, butchers, are recorded at 16 High Street, Witney between 1899 and 1939 (the last issue of Kelly's). C.W.List and Son, farmers. are recorded at Field Farm, Northleigh, in 1911 and at Field and Church Farms, Northleigh, 1915-1924. Samuel J.List, farmer and grazier, appears at Field and Church Farms in 1928 and Field Farm in 1931-1939.
