Witnessed by Master Wydon, parson of D[?]neswell, Robert de Hull, John de Welwes, Geoffrey de Edalmeton' [Edasmeton?], Matthew de Baldone', Peter Chawntemerl', Roger son of Nicholas. Tag and seal wanting. Endorsed in a contemporary hand: 'Stephanus de Tur'', and in a slightly later hand: 'Miriden''. Further endorsed: '913' and '119'.
