Mathmatical Sciences Collection of Photographs

Collection of class photographs from the Department of Sciences, University of the West of Scotland covering years 1974-2000, both graduate and honours students. Collection formerly on public display within the department. Student group photographs of graduate and honours students from the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Photographs printed in black and white until 1985/86, photographs then printed in colour until 2000. All photographs are mounted on hard card together with class list naming all students. Mathematical Sciences Department, University of the West of Scotland publicly displayed photographs of all graduate and honours students on the corridors of this department. The photographs date from 1974 until 2000. Following the UWS recent re-structure of its Academic Schools into Faculties (2009) the library inherited this collection of student group photographs.
