Scope and Content

Devises land inherited from Lawrence Thomas, to his wife Jonnet, for life, the remainder to Rachel, his daughter, in default of William his son paying Rachel £20. Costs and profits of cultivisation to be shared by the three. Devises freehold land to William his son. Bequeathes money to relatives and gives instructions about cultivation.
