Administrative / Biographical History
The object of Nursing Notes Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act in 1928, was to acquire and take over as a going concern the journal known as 'Nursing Notes & Midwives Chronicle'. The first Directors of the company were Thomas Guy Paget, Rosalind Paget and Kathleen Paget.
