Ms case book, containing reports, charts and graphs, completed by G. Glanville, pupil midwife at the City of London Maternity Hospital (1 September-30 September 1922), recording the name, address, age, religion, occupation and pregnancy history of each patient that she attended in childbirth, the date of admission to and discharge from hospital, their temperature and pelvic measurements, the position and presentation of the child, if there were any complications during or after labour, such as haemorrhage, laceration or abnormalities of the placenta and membranes, the sex of the child, whether the child was born living or dead, the measurements of the child and the method of feeding the child, also including reports on the condition of the mother and child in the days that followed the birth.
