Ms pupil case book, containing reports, charts and graphs, completed by Sallyanne Cockrell, whilst training as a midwife at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (17 June 1969-21 January 1970), recording the case number, religion, age, husband's occupation, the home conditions, expected delivery date and pregnancy history of each patient, also detailing the results of antenatal examinations that she was required to perform, any further examinations carried out, the progress of labour and puerperium, the condition of the child on birth, the method of feeding the child, the weight of the child and the postnatal care she was involved in providing, including an index of cases at the back of the volume.
