Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
The society, dependent upon the work of a committee of volunteers, presented an excellent programme of films to students and staff during the first and second terms of each session. Membership was open to all college students and staff through the purchase of a moderately-priced season ticket. Fortnightly screenings were held in the Crawfurd Theatre during the first two terms, and members could take a friend, free of charge, provided that the person was not a member of the college. Over the years, this service was greatly appreciated and enjoyed by a large number of people.
