Tune-book containing anthems and hymn tunes by William Owen and others, including some classical composers whose work is found in William Owen's collection Y Cerddor Cenedlaethol published in 1854; with some draft music, probably by William Owen. Expressly by William Owen are Deemster (f. 3v, published in Y Perl Cerddorol, cyf. 1), Gwledd yr Eglwys (f. 37, tenor part only), Cwymp Babilon (f. 39v, published in Y Perl Cerddorol, cyf. 1), Anthem Dirwestol 'Wele wawr diwigiad mawr' (f. 51v) and Taith y Cristion 'Teithio rwyf fynyddau maith' (f. 73v). Also included are Molwch yr Arglwydd by John A[mbrose] Lloyd (f. 46v) and 'Rhodiasom trwy'r ddaear' by Edward Stephan (f. 61v). Imperfect at beginning. ff. 87. Covers lost.
