Some letters lost at sea. Glad he received that from Lady Collins. Could get money in Lisbon. Letters from Glasgow take 17-20 days. Surprised Lady Collins has taken refugees to Canada. Churchill's tribute to Chamberlain answered many critics. Expects Willkie to be elected President in four years. Bertrand Russell has abjured pacifism. Suffering from heart disorder.
