Administrative / Biographical History

Quine studied medicine at the University of Manchester, taking the University of London medical degree in 1913 and the DPH from Manchester in 1919. He was a former resident at Monsall Fever Hospital. He was in practice at Chinley, Derbyshire after the First World War, and was appointed port medical officer for Plymouth just before his death.
