Scope and Content

Chirk Pentre Church of England mixed School was opened in 1868. In 1879 the school was enlarged. In 1895 the infants moved to the Mission Church in Halton. In 1912 the school was enlarged again.

The school is currently known as Pentre Church in Wales Volutary Controlled Primary School.

This collection consists of 2 log books and one admission register.
