LETTER from Josef Lingen to Betty Thomas, Bryn Bela, Caeathro saying that he has not heard from her for some time and he is obliged to ask her if she is cross with him but he does not know why. He is still well and in good health and hopes that she is the same. He has received a letter from Miss Lort last week and she told him that Betty's father has died. Miss Lort also kindly sent him rubber for his bicycle and he is very thankful for that as he can now ride his bicycle every day. He has been in his old job since February and he likes it very much. Fritz has returned to the army and has now been made Major. Rudolf and Gustave were willing to come back to Miss Lort again but he prefers to stay at home. He hopes that she will write again to tell him how she is getting on.
