John Richard Daly, 1931-1980.

John Daly was appointed professor of chemical pathology at the University of Manchester in 1977. He qualified from Guy's Hospital in 1955 and held house and registrar posts at hospitals in Sidcup, Sheffield and London. He was a specialist in the field of endocrinology, particularly in relation to corticosteroid therapy and ACTH treatment.
