Messuage in way called Little St Andrewgate now empty, commonly called Duffeld House, with a garden and 5 little messuages adjoining, with one end abutting on Aldwark, which recently belonged to James Smeton, clerk, son of Isabel, sister and coheir of John Duffeld.
