The archive was deposited at the Borthwick Institute on 14 December 1995. The records were permanently withdrawn from the Borthwick Institute on 23 April 1996 (by the Chairman of the York Association of the Church Missionary Society) and transferred to the University of Birmingham Cadbury Research Library Special Collections in May 1996. The archive now forms part of the 'Unofficial Papers' of the Church Missionary Society Archive at the University of Birmingham and is referenced GB 150 CMS/ACC 758.
