This volume contains the biographies of Ottoman historians by Cemaleddin Mehmet Karslızade (died 1262 AH/1845-46 CE). On the first folio is a note by the historian Lutfi (dated 1322 AH/1904-05 CE) to the effect that he used items from this work in writing the first volume of his history. The work is undated by is likely from the 19th century CE.
