Scope and Content

This volume contains an Ottoman Turkish translation of the well-known Arabic work of Ghazzālī made by İlyas İbn-i Abdullah Nihani (died 925 AH/1519 CE). The text contains a single unvan that features floral elements and three pointed domes on f 1v. There are also two circles drawn on f 315r, one of which is partially filled with numbers as part of a numerology practice (?). A number of Arabic verses can be found, in a different hand, on f 315v. This manuscript was copied in Safar 1054 AH (April-May 1644 CE).
