This volume contains Mukhtaṣar ṭabaqāt al-Ḥanafiyah, a tract in Arabic copied in 1126 AH (1714-15 CE) by Mehmet İbn-i Halil known as Hayr el-Dinzade, resident at Amasya in the Kurşunlu Mahallesi, followed by (ff 56v-61v) a portion of the Kanunname dealing with land tenure (dated 17 Zulhicce 1017 AH/24 March 1609 AH), and an extract (ff 57v-61v) from a Kanunname-yi Cedid on the same subject. The two Ottoman Turkish tracts are roughly contemporary with the Mukhtaṣar ṭabaqāt al-Ḥanafiyah.
