Scope and Content

This volume contains the collected poetical works of Yenişehirli Ahmet Ratip Paşa (died 1175 AH/1761-62 CE). It opens with a kaside, followed by a tahmis that ends on f 22r. After an illuminated unvan, the gazeller follow (ff 23v-114r). Each section containing gazeller ending with a particular kafiye is separated from the next section by several blank folios. The remaining sections are chronograms (ending on f 121v), elğaz (ff 121v-123r), kıt'alar and müfredat (ff 123v-126v). The text contains two unvans. This manuscript was likely copied in the early 19th century CE.
