Scope and Content

This volume contains a treatise on archery written by Mehmet İbn-i Yunus el-Tirmizi el-Mukallap at the request of his friends Salahaddin el-Kavvas el-Tusi and Dursun, probably in the 15th or 16th centuries CE, judging by the language of the text. The title Fazail-i tir-endazi is found at the beginning of the manuscript, but the correct title appears further on in the text. The manuscript was likely copied in the 16th or 17th centuries CE.
