This volume contains the Multaqá al-abḥur, an Arabic treatise on Hanafi furūᶜ by Ibrāhīm ibn Muḥammad al-Ḥalabī (died 956 AH/1549-50 CE), alongside a translation into Ottoman Turkish by Mahmud İbn-i Abdülvehap el-Hamidi of İsparta. This translation was likely completed in 1066 AH (1655-56 CE). The importance of al-Ḥalabī's work to Ottoman jurisprudence is attested by the presence of three other Ottoman Turkish versions of this text by Midillili Mehmet Mevkufati, Mehmet Tahir İbn-i Mehmet Rahimi, and Abdülhalim İbn-i Abdülkerim, as well as a translation and commentary by Kütahyalı Ali Ebhüri. The text contains an illuminated panel on f 4v. This manuscript was copied at Kütahya by Ahmet İbn-i Süleyman İbn-i Ahmet İbn-i Ali el-Kütahi in 1213 AH (17898-99 CE).
