This volume contains an account of the accession of Mehmet II to the Ottoman throne and the Conquest of Istanbul, without a title. It is extracted from the Tac-üt-tevarih and corresponds to ff 225v-245r of Add MS 19628. The copyist, who signed his name Julyen Galan (Julien Galland), was a nephew of the celebrated translator of the Arabian Nights, Antoine Galland. The text is dated 1733 AH.
