Scope and Content

This volume contains the collected poetry of Gülşeni Hasan Dede, also known as Sezai (died 1151 AH/1738-39 CE). The Divan begins with a kaside and then goes on to gazeller (f 4v). Most of the poems are gazeller, all of which are alphabetically arranged after f 6v, the last poem rhyming in kaf, although there are a few kasideler mixed in. The manuscript was likely copied in the 19th century CE.
