This volume contains a text without its author listed on fıkıh in the form of questions and answers, preceded by a table of contents (f 1v). The text has been disordered in the binding process, and the final two folios have been supplied in another hand by Şeyh Mehmet İbn-i Ahmet in 1089 AH (1678-79 CE). There are copious marginal notes throughout the work, often forming question and answer pairings not included in the main text and likely composed in a later hand. The main text of the manuscript was likely copied in the early 17th century CE.
