Scope and Content

This volume contains the following three mystical works :. (I) ff 3v-24v : Risale-yi Kenz üs-salikin ve kıble-yi genc ül-abidin, an anonymous tract;. (II) ff 25v-45r : Esrarname-yi Şeyh İlahi, (died 893 AH/1487-88 CE);. (III) ff 46v-120r : An Ottoman Turkish translation of the Kīmīyā Saᶜādat of Ghazzālī. The translator's name is not given but a note at the end of the work gives the date 1045 AH (1635-36 CE), which is probably the date of completion. All three texts were likely copied in the 17th or 18th century CE.
