This volume contains an anonymous history of the Ottoman dynasty compiled from other works and containing many anecdotes and much legendary matter. On the end papers, it is attributed to Cemali, but differs considerably from the text edited by Giese. It is identical with the anonymous work identified in Flügel II, p. 207. The text ends on f 91r with a very badly written colophon to the effect that it was copied by Ahmet İbn-i Mehmet at Edirne in 1045 AH (1635-36 CE). There follows an appendix of events mainly of the reign of Süleyman I to 956 AH (1549-50 CE). There is a list of historical events on f 93v in which the latest date is 1009 AH (1600-01 CE), which gives some indication of the date of composition. This is copied in the same hand as the earlier part of the book.
