This volume is a scrapbook containing a collection of Ottoman Turkish songs arranged according to the makamat. Most of them are semailer, ilahiler and besteler, but there are also some şarkılar and musical settings of gazeller and rubailar by various poets, including Fuzuli and Baki. A number of the songs are in Persian. Some of the composers' names are given as Tursunzade Abdullah Ağa, Na'li, Recep, Itri, Sirri, Fevri, A'ma, Kadri, Hafız, İsmail Çavuş and Seyit Nuh. The text is copied diagonally across the folio, sometimes in 2-3 columns. Some of the folios are blanks and others show a loss of part of the text, which was likely cut off in the process of binding the volume. The manuscript was likely produced in the 18th century CE.
