Administrative / Biographical History

Frank Thomas Russell (fl 1930-1973) worked as a schoolmaster, statistician and later director of the Central Statistical Office, Southern Rhodesia. From 1964 to 1970 he continued his work in Northern Rhodesia/Zambia, Basutoland/Lesotho and Swaziland, and in St. Lucia, 1973.
