1. Jarvis Fitzwilliam of Arksey, Yorkshire, Esquire, giving notice that he has granted, sold, and bargained to

2. Lionel Ellis of Bentley, Yorkshire, husbandman

Two messauages etc; a close of pasture called 'Brownewolfets' containing an estimated six and a half acres; and 26 acres and a rood specified in a schedule in the attached indenture between the aforementioned parties of the same date. Lying in the lordship of Bentley and the parishes of Arksey and Sprotbrough, with their appurtenances just as (1) held them from (3) Francis Windham of the City of Norwich, esquire; to be held by (2) his heirs and assigns in perpetuity; rendering to (3) the rents and services which (1) rendered for the lands and tenements lately demised by (4) Edmund Windham, knight, father of (3) to (5) John Ellis of Bentley.
