Scope and Content

Concerns to the French King's wish to negotiate over America and come to an agreement or declare war. It includes reference to Colonel Braddock's attack in 1754 and Boscawen's attack as acts of hostility and demanding the restitution of their ships and affects. Written from Versailles.
