An Elias family bible printed in Oxford in 1857 and containing a record of the births and deaths of members of the Elias family.

Administrative / Biographical History

Mary Broadhead Evans was the last descendant of John Elias, junior, son of Rev. John Elias. Rev. John Elias, 1774-1841, was a popular Calvinistic Methodist preacher, commonly known as the Methodist Pope.
