Scope and Content

A typescript copy of the biographies of Sydney Horton (1893-1975), manager of the Redbrook Tinplate Works near Monmouth, and Elsie Dorothy Horton, containing recollections concerning the Redbrook Tinplate Company's works at Redbrook and at Tynewydd near Newport, 1930-61. cf. NLW Audio-visual Unit RM357 and RM359 (recollections of Sydney Horton and ex-workmen of the Redwood Tinplate Works).
