Comprising: 1. Admission of Thomas Smith of Balby, gent, and Benjamin Cooke of Fishlake, yeoman, to one moiety of Nunappleton Manor House in Fishlake, now in the possession of John Crabtree, 22 Oct 1750, surrendered out of court on 15 Mar 1749 by Mary and Isabella Hadock, spinsters, daughters of John Hadock Esq of Pherasantford in Burnley, Lancashire, by the hand of George Wilby, copyholder of the Manor; 2. Bond of warranty, 28 Jun 1775, Thomas Birks of Sykehouse in Fishlake, yeoman and George Pearson of Doncaster, wine merchant, warranty that Thomas and Sarah Birks and Thomas Dunderdale of Hatfield Level, Hatfield, yeoman, were seized in fee simple of two pieces of copyhold land in the town ings of Fishlake, which they surrendered to the Lords of the Manors of Hatfield and Nunappleton; 3. Probate copy of the will of George Pearson of Doncaster, gent, 24 May 1799; 4. Admission of John Pearson of Leeds, under the will of his uncle George Pearson of Doncaster, wine merchant, deceased, to half an acre of meadow in the town ings of Fishlake, copyhold land of the Manor of Appleton, 12 Mar 1800; 5. Admission of William Webster of Fishlake, yeoman, to Nunappleton Manor then or late in the possession of John Sharpe and John Hoyle. Surrendered the same day by George Hopwood of Thorninghirst, Fishlake, gent, and his wife Ann for £105 paid by William Webster, 26 Apr 1814. Previously purchased by George Hopwood from James Hamerton esq, before that it was the estate of Charles Ellis and afterwards of Robert Stones
