Administrative / Biographical History

C.E Wrangham (1907-) was the son of Walter and Evelyn Wilberforce. He was educated at Cambridge and worked as Pricipal Officer in the Ministry of Aircraft Production between 1939 and 1945. He became Chairman of Short Brothers and Harland in Belfast, and Director of C. Tennant Sons & Co. He was a member of the Monopolies Commission 1954-1956.
