In November 1972 Graves was invited by Scottish Television to propose the 'Toast to the Immortal Memory of Robert Burns' at their Burns Supper at the Theatre Royal in Glasgow on 24 January 1973, to be broadcast the following evening. The series contains a file of drafts of Graves's speech and a file of associated correspondence and press cuttings.
