Autograph letter, signed, from I.K. Tefft to Sir William Hamilton. Savannah, Ga, 9th Octr 1843.
Enclosing notice of election as honorary member of Georgia Historical Society. Diploma and volumes of Collections will be forwarded by first vessel from Savannah to care of Isaac, Low & Co., Liverpool. Received letter from historian Grahame shortly before his death. Asks for addresses of Boswell and Stoker.
