Devises his estate to his wife; his unsettled estates (including the Friog estate which he is purchasing) in cos Mer. and Mont. and £25,000 to his eldest daughter Mary, now wife of Owen Jones Ellis Nanney of Gwynfryn, co. Caern.; all his railway shares in the London and Birmingham and Great Western Railways to his youngest daughter, Catherine; requests his wife to pay over to his second daughter, Anne Jones, the debt of £9,000 and interest owed by the testator to his wife and which has been held in trust for Catherine Jones.
