Comprise: ROC and J. J. Griffin and Sons Ltd, 30 December 1903, for exclusive right to sell Poco cameras; Ross Ltd and ROC, 2 January 1903, giving ROC sole agency for Ross lenses in the United States; ROC and A. E. Staley, 15 January 1904, release of A. E. Staley as manager of manager of London branch; RPC and Alfred E. Staley, 26 February 1902, to employ Staley as branch manager for a period of five years.
