Harrow Testing Department., test reports and samples of film spools and samples, 1946-1947. Kodak faced a major issue immediately after the second world war with ex-war department surplus film being re-spooled and being passed off as Kodak film. This file includes a sample from Gray's Camera Shop, Taunton, which had re-spooled such film on top Kodak film spools. Counsel's opinion was that this constituted passing off. Subject(s): IP; Film testing.
