Richard Worrall and Thomas Morris are to have that part of the said house which is next the street, viz., the shop and parlour with the alley reaching to the hall and the cellar and the two chambers and the two cock-lofts over the same shop and parlour, and two little holes at the stair for putting in of 'fflockes' and three rooms of the barn and a little 'sheere' and the stable on the north end, and in lieu thereof the said Sara and Martha are to hold the rest of the house, barn, etc. Next, the said Richard and Thomas are to enjoy the coming in from the street on the north side of the dwelling house and all the ground adjoining (except so much thereof as shall be sufficient to give light to the buttery windows in the garden) close to the 'collor' post of the Beashowse on the garden side along the fold to the post of division in the barn, and further from the stable to the third apple-tree of the first row in the orchard directly over unto a crooked apple-tree in the orchard hedge called the Maior tree and directly hence through the Rackclose and so directly to the little crab tree in the further hedge adjoining to Mr Holman's close. In consideration thereof the same Sara and Martha shall enjoy the residue of the orchard, fold, and Rackclose.
