Scope and Content

The papers comprise newspaper cuttings from the African press and elsewhere in the world, and pamphlets produced by the Committee of African Organizations and some other groups, [1959-1979].

Administrative / Biographical History

The Committee of African Organizations was a London-based group giving support to exiled politicians from all over Anglophone Africa. Dorothy Robinson was Administrative Secretary of the Anti-Apartheid Movement, 1962-1965.
