Settlement prior to the marriage between Elizabeth Austin of Cambridge (1st party), only daughter of the late Cornelius Austin, joiner, and Samuel Dresser of Cambridge, apothecary (3rd party). Austin conveys to her trustee, Thomas York of Cambridge, gent (2nd party), a tenement in the parish of All Saints, Cambridge, near the Sun Inn, formerly belonging to her father and currently occupied by Dresser and James Gifford, together with the an adjoining tenement occupied by Mrs Wendy and 'two chambers and a garrett over the same' currently occupied by Walter Higgins, a further tenement in Green St, parish of St Michael, Cambridge, with a garden and a stable plot, and a cottage in Earith, Huntingdonshire, late in the possession of Thomas Isaac. Tripartite indenture, signed and sealed by all parties, witnessed by James Gifford and Thomas Stuteville, duty stamps.
