Scope and Content

The correspondence is with the Federal Ministry of Education and concerns Mrs Davies' husband's refusal to teach in an African school, and his claim to a pension on his subsequent resignation.

Administrative / Biographical History

The Central African Federation was established in 1953 from the British colony of Southern Rhodesia and the protectorates of Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland. It was dissolved in 1963.
