Correspondence to and from family members, friends, employers, and publishers. The majority of the correspondence dates from Jane Duncan's return to Scotland but there is some from her time in Jamaica (dated 1953-1958). There are carbon copies of some of Jane Duncan's own letters to family, friends, publishers and fans, but the majority of the correspondence comprises letters received by Jane Duncan.
