This collection contains prescription books and account books of R.E. Price, Chemist, High Street, Rhyl.

The business was closed in March 1970 by Mrs M. Timothy, who transferred it to the Castle Pharmacy, Rhuddlan. Mr R.E. Price was her father. In 1856, the business was in the name of Ellis Powell Jones (1 & 52, High Street) and in 1885 in that of Charles Roebuck.
