Correspondence file relating to Lady Plowden's role as Patron of SCOPE, 1977 - 1985. 'SCOPE: For Parents and Children' was a network of neighbourhood community support groups for families with a child under five, based in the Hampshire area. It does not appear to have any relationship with the disability charity SCOPE, which took the name SCOPE in 1994.
