Autograph letter, signed, from R. Money Barnes to [H.G.] Farmer. East Court House, Burbage, Wilts, 11 March 1956.
Book written in 1946 or 7 (published 1950). Cannot now pin statement that bands played at battle of Alma on anyone. Likely to have been stretcher bearers. Only French bands mentioned in ten accounts of Waterloo.
