Scope and Content

Two separate post mortem drawings of the base of the brain with tumour evident mounted side by side. The image on the left has the following labels: 5th N, 4th N, 3rd N, tumour, carotid artery, and optic nerves. The image on the right has the following labels: post. com. artery, middle cerebral artery, and ant. cerebral artery. Annotations on the back read "sphenoidal wing meningioma. R. eye blind. 28.6.39".

Left image is signed by the artist, bottom centre.
