Letter regarding Mackenzie's Treatise on Diseases of the Eye

Letter from Messrs Longman Rees, publishers in London reporting that presentation copies of William Mackenzie's Treatise on Diseases of the Eye, second edition, had been sent to various people at home and abroad. At this time nearly 200 copies had been sold.
